Our Forune 500 client has immediate openings for Desktop Technicians to be part of the IMAC team supporting a large NYC agency. Day to day responsibilities include IMACs, replacing old / damaged PC equipment, breakfix, troubleshooting printer problems, troubleshooting Microsoft OS and SW issues, etc... Experience: Must be A+ Minimum 3 years of PC, printer, laptop exp Strong MS operating system & SW(95,98,NT,XP,W2K) Strong customer service skills.
