Job Description:
. Will provide support of the expanding collaboration environment based on Microsoft Windows NT 2000 and Microsoft Exchange.
. Will assist in planning, analysis, and design of systems with a focus on automation and perform problem management tasks.
. Will interact with vendors, service companies, and various others within the organization.
. Will be on-call 24/7 on a rotating basis.
Requirements:
. 3-5 years experience with Windows NT 4.0/2000 OS.
. Demonstrated experience in networking protocols, DNS, WINS, Proxy Environments, and Intranet/Internet web support.
. Knowledge of Outlook Client/Outlook Web Access.
. MSCE, MCSE, ASE certifications preferred.
. Understanding of Black Berry technology a plus.

. Good written and verbal communication skills
. Detail oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
