MANDATORY EXPERIENCE:
. 4+ years experience and expertise in using MS Project functionality related but not limited to: Creating project plans, working with and developing; WBS, dependencies (predecessor/successor) Custom Views, Resource Loading, Gantt Charts, Baselining, Re-Baselining and Master Project Plan creation
. 3-5 years experience working within a PMO as an analyst responsible for Executive/Stakeholder/PM level metrics and status reporting (project, action items, issues and risks) SDLC creation, enhancement and rollout
. 3-5 years experience developing and rolling out standardized project management processes.
. 3-5 years experience working in an IT organization
. Strong business acumen, management / organizational skills and professional style/presence
. Excellent understanding of, and experience with, a systems development lifecycle methodology
. Excellent/professional communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills
Experience: PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
. Experience working in a government or civil service environment.
. Experience as a project manager
. Experience working on an enterprise wide project in a large scale environment.
EDUCATION:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent education and experience
