JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Understand the product requirement
- Be able to imagine required test needs and strategize testing
- Test plan development and documentation
- Familiar with bug tracking system like Bugzilla
- Clear understanding of SDLC, QA Process, Defect lifecycle
- Be able to interact with design teams and work with them in resolving bugs, ensuring that the product meets the quality expectations.
JOB REQUIREMETNT:
- 3 to 5 years in testing network related products
- Networking, VPN, VLAN, Routing Protocols, Firewall concepts
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, ATM and related protocols (http, smtp..)
- Hands on experience with Hands on with public domain security
- Good Knowledge of Unix, Linux, Windows OS
- Exposure to Tcl/Tk, silk test desirable
- CCNA/CCNP desirable
