Job Description:
This person will work as part of a team on the ongoing enhancement projects for The Corporate Bond Trading System. In addition, as this technology is migrated to other part of Fixed Income, most notably govies and agencies, the person will be a key player in the team building out the new system. This position has a considerable amount of trading desk exposure and includes some amount of sitting on the trading floor.
GUI written in C#.
Minimum Requirement:
Platforms: Linux, HP-UX, WinXP
Database Systems: Sybase
Other Programming Skills: C#, .Net, SQL, VC++, WinForms
Business Knowledge: Fixed Income, Credit Cash, Derivatives a plus
Project Experience: Trading Systems development with .Net
Communication Skills: Important - desk exposure
Position 2:
Job Description:
The candidate (4 to 6 years experience) will participate in the development of several large projects for the municipals business part of Fixed Income. This will include a large set of enhancements to the trading system used on the secondary desk, a system used for calculating relative value of municipal securities and a tender option bond operations application. The last 2 projects (relative value and tender option bond) are new projects in the design stage. The candidate will work on a team of 5 people.

Database Systems: Sybase, Oracle
Other Programming Skills: C#, C++, MFC, VC++, SQL, Perl, ksh
Business Knowledge: Fixed Income, Municipals a plus, IR Derivatives a plus, Bonds a big help
Project Experience: Trading Systems GUI (client focused) experience preferred
Communication Skills: Specifications gathering with traders is required. Communication Skills must be good.
