Job Description:
Development and Support of Technology and applications supporting the Settlement and Clearance area within the Fixed Income Division of the ITG department. This area supports systems that integrate data and functionality for the trading, settlement, position management, reporting, Trade Netting via MBSCC and GSCC, Security and Account Master maintenance for the following product lines: Mortgage Backed securities, Treasury Bills, bonds and notes, Municipals, Corporates, agencies, CMO's and whole loans.
Strong communications is a must in order to interact with business groups and facilitate and plan for testing as well as prioritize work. 10+ years of solid DB2, COBOL, CICS hans-on design and coding experience is required.

Database Systems: DB2, Sybase
Other Programming Skills: COBOL, DB2, CICS, MQ Distributed Technologies - C#, .Net, J2EE, Java a plus.
Business Knowledge: Fixed Income experience a plus.
