Multiple HR Project Manager Opportunities In this leadership role you are responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables, in one or more of the HR Modules. This includes assisting clients in the selection, planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support of large-scale SAP HR solutions. You will also be involved in improving operational metrics and business case. Provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships. You will be providing hands-on leadership and mentoring throughout all project phases to a team of consultants, consisting of consultants, subcontractors, remote global resources, and client employees. We will start your training toward Partner by providing opportunities for direct involvement in qualifying and pursuing sales opportunities. Experience: Here is a summary of what you must have to be considered. Please review carefully and submit your confidential resume if you meet the following criteria Minimum 6 yrs SAP HR Project Management experience, including managing global implementations. Must have managed all phases of the implementation life cycle with SAP version 4.6 or above. Experience to include implementation planning, fit analysis, rollout and post-implementation support. Ability to work at the senior management/executive levels. Prior experience leading proposal efforts would be a plus. H1B Visa status is available for this opportunity If work-life balance along with flexibility on where you can live is important, you can reside in any major US city as long as you live within a reasonable commuting distance (generally 50 miles) of a major airport.
