We are searching for an accomplished Database Developer/Software Engineer (.Net and Microsoft Platform) to join our engineering team. Candidates must have proven experience of building large scale database driven enterprise level web applications. The successful candidate will be part of a team of other database and application developers responsible for building and maintaining multi-tier distributed web applications using IIS, ASP.Net/C# and SQL Server database. Candidates must be highly skilled & motivated and able to adapt and learn quickly. This is a dynamic team environment where effort is rewarded and accomplishments are recognized. Responsibilities will include: • Design and develop distributed web applications and web services • Assess business rules, logical and physical database modeling • Develop optimized stored procedures to solve complex business problems • Work with operations, development, and business to define our data needs • Provide support to other developers and work with them to solve critical problems Experience: • Degree in a computer science, engineering or related area • 7+ years of total work experience • 3+ years experience building, implementing and integrating enterprise web applications • 5+ years experience with Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 and higher • 5+ years experience with writing TSQL stored procedures, triggers, etc • Experience reading query execution plans • Experience with DTS packages and data exchanges between SQL Server instances • Experience developing with .Net/C# including ASP.Net, ADO.Net, and Web Services a plus • Experience in taking a software product through the entire product life cycle • Strong communication and time management skills • Highly motivated with keen ability to motivate others on team • Skills in building relationships with clients and technology peers • Good understanding of relevant hardware and software technologies • Must believe in extremely high quality engineering and have self-driven initiative to innovate • Must be able to provide leadership to challenge the team • Must have an attitude to accomplish goals and lead the team send resume to: To Apply to this job go to http://www.GadBall.com or click here
