Summary:
A Presales-Implementation Specialist is an integral customer facing role crucial to the success of an exciting, new DoubleClick initiative. This role allows an individual to leverage digital advertising experience to translate client objectives into appropriate product and feature usage through training, implementation consulting, and day-to-day support.
Key Responsibilities:
Obtain in-depth understanding of strategic client business in relation to digital advertising efforts
Assist sales team with needs assessments and product presentation during presales opportunities
Project manage clients through each step of the product implementation process
Consult clients on how best to utilize the product to meet their strategic goals through documented recommendations and product demonstrations
Ensure clients are educated in and following outlined DoubleClick policies and procedures
Escalate product feedback to Product Management
Coordinate with DoubleClick internal personnel to resolve client product issues.
Serve as liaison between client and other internal groups during product implementations
Contribute to internal and customer facing documentation recommending product usage procedures and best practices
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
2+ years experience in customer facing role
1+ year(s) in digital advertising or marketing environment (i.e. ad operations, media planning, digital advertising solution technical support)
1+ year(s) experience with one or more of DoubleClick digital advertising solutions, namely DART for Publishers (DFP), DART Enterprise (DE), or DART for Advertisers (DFA)
Strong presentation and communication skills (oral and written)
Experience with fundamental internet technologies such as HTML and JavaScript
Experience in applying basic project management concepts
Knowledge of CRM tools (i.e. , Remedy) a plus
Effective decision making skills.
Effective organizational and documentation skills
Ability to accept accountability for actions
Ability to work well across functional groups
Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, startup environment Experience: Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
