SQL Database Re-Architecture Project, IMMEDIATE NEED!

Our client, an application development firm, has an immediate need for a SQL Server expert on a consulting basis. The project is a complete re-architecture job from start to finish in a SQL Server 2000 environment. The group is transitioning to SQL Server 2005 and are looking to implement clustering and replication. In addition they are looking to set up improved monitoring policies, disaster recovery backups and other policies to make an overall more effective database environment. Overall the consultant will need to be an expert SQL Server professional to provide advice on how to make an effective environment.

Experience: The ideal candidate will posses the follow skills:<br>
-Expertise with SQL Server Architecture both on the Infrastructure and Development side. <br>
-Experience managing projects and serving as a central resource for new implementations.<br>
-Core functionality in clustering and replication<br>
-Expertise in SQL Server 2000 and strong knowledge of SQL Server 2005.<br>
