Job Title Applications Specialist Category Information Services Positions Available Site Cooperstown Status FT Shift Days Description Full time, days Responsibilities: Provides support and development for enterprise applications, along with facilitating the integration of systems tools with business procedures May specialize in software related areas including vendor supplied tools and the utilization of PC software on an advanced basis and frequency to develop solutions for routine business problems Under general direction, organizes, prepares and conducts complex training and educational programs for information systems (specifically EMR). May design and develop in-house programs Maintains records of training activities, employee progress and program effectiveness Minimum Qualifications Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science OR Associates degree with 4yrs of relevant experience Minimum of 2yrs relevant experience Experienced with some type of report writing language Understanding of a Clinical, Financial or Patient Management function Understanding of file structures and databases Experience or participation with training new users on the use of computer systems GRADE 34 SP For more information contact Human Resources at 607-547-3120.
