The company is centered around the magazine and web site that hosts over 6 million end-users and nearly 2 million subscribers. However, the web site needs and complete overhaul, and the right person to do it needs 3-4 years of HTML, FLASH, PHOTOSHOP and other various UI skills. Having some experience with PHP on the backend is favorable.
