Full Time Opportunity
Will design, develop, plan, and coordinate work teams. Provides technical support to project team members. Handles complex application features and technical designs. Designs, develops and implements the components required for complex application features. Relies on extensive development skills, experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

As400/RPG for ERP and Window/Java, XML
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Significant interaction with users for requirement analysis and propose solutions in the form of system changes/enhancements
Knowledgeable of the business functions and provide proactive process to improve the use of information processing
Serve as liaison between business unit(s) and IT department teams including operations, project office, and developers.
Provide guidance to the team in design of complex solutions at the module, system, or multiple system level.
Work/lead Interfaces with other system applications
Be able to lead multiple projects and multiple resources
Liaison to co-source development manager.
Adopt and implement the project methodology as outlined by the program office
Project management - Effort, schedule, timeframe, resource and infrastructure
Closely monitor execution of project and support release plan of core systems
Provide user day to day support as needed
Maintain an awareness of new technologies that may be effective in the support of the organization's growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
4 years BA/BS degree is required. (Equivalent work experience is acceptable)
5-8 years information technology experience with at least 3 years of business (Apparel) system experience Retail industry
Language: RPG, RPGLE, CL, and SQL. Java is a plus
Database: DB2, MS SQL, Oracle
Platform: AS/400, MS Window Server
Reporting Tool: Crystal Report, Microstrategy or any other comprobable enterprise business intelligent tool
Experience in Lawson ERP System (i.e. GL, AP, Expense Management, Asset Mgmt, Activity Mgmt, Purchase Order, etc)
Desktop tools: Microsoft Project, Office Suite, Visio
Hands on RPG developer
Project management and team leadership skills
Knowledge of business system processes, IT project lifecycle methodology
Effective time management and organization skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analysis, troubleshooting, problem solving and design skills
Ability to work effectively within or lead a team
