We have an immediate need for an Intelligent Call Manager Developer Consultant
JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Requirements:
* Knowledge and experience in ICM (Intelligent Call Manager) programming and
production support.
* Significant experience in routing, queues, adding Peripheral Gateways (PGs) and
management of them.
* Experience in a TAC environment for production.
* Experience with Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) - designing, developing CTI
applications and programming support.
Required 5 -7 years experience with SQL, Cisco, Visual Basic, C and C++.
This position starts immediately and is a one-year contract.
Work can be done remotely but person must be an experienced (3-5 yrs) ICM developer.
