<b>Candidate must have expert working knowledge of ActionScript 3.0 and Flex and be fluent in Object Oriented Programming.</b><p>

Candidate should have strong working knowledge of web development technologies such as Javascript, AJAX, PHP, HTML and CSS.<br>

Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure as a team-player is critical.<br>

Candidate would be comfortable operating in an environment which can be fastpaced, fluid, and often unpredictable. Project priorities and deadlines may shift at a moment&#146;s notice, so the ability to work without constant supervision and to juggle multiple projects is a must.<br>

Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; this position will require coordinating development efforts and communicating across multiple groups both technical and non-technical.<p>

This is not a production or design position.
