BizTalk Description / Requirements:

Description: Work as a hands-on developer with BizTalk 2006 / R2 and .Net framework to support orchestrating business transactions with both external customers (B2B) and back office legacy platforms.

Experience with Telecom OSS application development a plus but not a requirement.

Skills
Ideal Candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment and should have at least 4 years of .Net and 2 years of BizTalk 2006 hands on experience and have a majority of the following skills:

Ability to effectively use Microsoft Visual Studio and Subversion and related 3rd party applications and components.
Proficient with BizTalk Server 2006 / R2.
Proficient with developing .Net solutions using C#.
Proficient with hands on Object Oriented programming.
Proficient with MS SQL Server 2005 with respect to relational modeling, stored procedure development, and performance tuning SQL.
Excellent understanding of WSDL, XML Schemas, XSLT and XPATH.
Excellent understanding and experience with transport protocols including SOAP, MSMQ, FTP, SMTP and HTTP.
Experience using BizTalk adapters.
Solid experience in developing Maps, Pipelines and Orchestrations.
Good understanding of BizTalk Architecture and BizTalk Messaging including Message and Context properties.
Experience in using Business Rules Engine and Business Activity Monitoring.
Knowledge of WCF and WS* standards will be a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Tenacious personality to accomplish goals / milestones set per department / company objectives and project plans.
Ability to be a self-starter and use own initiative appropriately.
Strong problem solving skills with an aptitude for learning and implementing emerging technologies.
Good inter-personal, oral and written communication skills.
Should be able to work independently.


Experience: Responsibilities
Will be involved in all stages of development including analysis, design, implementation, testing, documentation and release.
Participate in multiple projects with changing requirements; maintain contact with clients to provide support or updates to projects as deliverables are met.
Work well with others; this applies to all the players in the IT project spectrum from fellow developers, support staff and management.
Interface with product management, business analysts, project management and customers on an as-needed basis
Work with IT Manager and peer developers to ensure designs and code meet structural, functional, performance and aesthetic requirements.
Assist in developing LOE / project plans according to requirements and designs.
Translate software specifications into functional applications by utilizing company specified design methodologies.
Implement methodologies, standards and procedures developed by the company.
Participate in quality assurance testing, deployment, documentation of solutions.
Produce clean and well documented code that conforms to standard patterns and practices.
