Experience: We are currently seeking multiple individuals with the following skills:
-5 years with Windows .NET app development in C#
* some understanding of UML and how it is used
* experience developing software within a formal process including requirements gathering
* knowledge of new Windows technologies including WPF and WCF
* some SQL and database knowledge would be good
S/W Development process (min. Reqt's-Design-Test... ideally iterative model experience)
