All opportunities can be worked remotely from anywhere in the United States. These are 6 to 9 month contracts. - Project/Change Management.
- Organizational knowledge CSBB Operations project management, change management process knowledge.
- Experience with mergers, process/operational restructures, functional physical consolidations and financial planning experience.
- Strong financial background with ability to update dynamic financials and stay within forecast.
Required Experience/Skills:

- Accept Brokerage Deposits at Image ATMs - Band 4 level equivalent
- Detailed understanding of ATM and Universal Landing Zone ((ULZ) check image clearing/processing) technology infrastructure and Day 2 support operations. ATM/ULZ experience is more critical than brokerage skills.
- Understanding of Brokerage deposits and regulatory differences.
- Ability to build manage detailed, integrated workplans.
- Ability to influence across interdependent project work teams.
- Strong risk impact assessment skills.
- Strong communications ability across interdependent projects, across business units, up down hierarchies. Including ability to quickly adjust communications styles to enable leadership/stakeholder understanding.
Required Experience/Skills:

- ACH Conversion - Band 4 level equivalent
- Detailed understanding of ACH technology infrastructure and support operations.
- Ability to build manage detailed, integrated workplans with the ability to manage "waves" of implementations.

- Strong communications ability across interdependent projects, across business units, up down hierarchies. Including ability to quickly adjust communications styles to enable leadership/stakeholder understanding.

- Remote Deposit Service Conversion - limited technology impact, moving from one platform to another - pretty straightforward, but does have some treasury impact. Standard Band 5 level equivalent.

- Understanding of Image and Remote Deposit Services Technology and people processes.
- Ability to build and manage multiple component workplans due to "rolling" implementation schedule.
