All opportunities can be worked remotely from anywhere in the United States. These are 6 to 9 month contracts. The Project Manager roles all have the same core skill sets with individual technologies, which are listed below.

Experience: Core Skill Set for all Roles:
- Project/Change Management.
- Organizational knowledge CSBB Operations project management, change management process knowledge.
- Experience with mergers, process/operational restructures, functional physical consolidations and financial planning experience.
- Strong financial background with ability to update dynamic financials and stay within forecast.
Required Skills/Experience:

- Experience with Image, Reports and Statements Archive Conversion (complex from a relationship standpoint. Need very strong soft skills/negotiation/etc.) - STRONG Band 5 level equivalent.
- Understanding of Global Content Archive, Viewpoint, XPTR and View Direct and document Retrieval processes -image environments - including supporting technology processes.
- Ability to build and manage multiple component workplans and work teams.
- Strong ability to effectively manage scope - with meaningful stakeholder support management.
- Ability to manage complex work teams comprised of operational, technical, process SMEs representing multiple views on E2E process and target solutions.
- Must be able to engage multiple vendors to assist in acquiring requirements and specifications for BRD.
Required Skills/Experience:

Statements Conversion - STRONG Band 5 level equivalent
- Understanding of Statements printing and rendering operations.
- Strong communications ability across interdependent projects, across business units (GWIM), up down hierarchies. Including ability to quickly adjust communications styles to enable leadership/stakeholder understanding.
- Understanding of Technology and Non-technology (people process), process, and work migration (from Merrill Lynch) based project timeline.
