The candidate must have 3-5 years experience in implementing billing and rate relatedapplications using Oracle's SPL World/CCandB(Customer Care and Billing). The candidate
must have strong writing and communications skills. Visual Basic and DB2 application
development are required. Assignment The candidate will be required to evaluate
our existing suite of off-system billing applications. The candidate will make recommendations
regarding how these applications can be converted and implemented into the CCandB
environment
