POSITION SUMMARY:
As a member of the TCC SAP Solutions Management Team, the SAP CRM ABAP/Java Developer will be responsible for the maintenance and support for the portfolio of applications and technologies in the SMI landscape. with primary responsibility for SAP CRM , Web IC, and IPC ( Internet Pricing and Configurator).
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Responsible for the follow through and timely resolution of application support issues raised through the SMI, Process, and Client Support teams.
* Work closely with operations on procedure handling for process and interface failures.
* Collaborate with cross functional team members on assessing functional requirements for technical viability.
* Responsible for accuracy and completeness of FRICE object technical specifications.
* Work closely with Technical Architecture and Basis teams, collaborating on solution infrastructure and design for SAP enterprise core, BW, and Portal applications.
* Ensure application designs meet ELC compliance (SOX and regulatory, e.g., FDA), with additional emphasis on security.
* Responsible for proactively updating management with project status.
* Responsible for Unit and Integration Testing
POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor*s degree or equivalent in IS/MIS
* Knowledge of TAPESTRY a MUST!!!!
* 5 to 7 years SAP ABAP development experience
* 2 years SAP CRM development experience with extensive understanding of the Web IC using BSP, BSP extensions, and the MVC (Model View Controller).
* 2 years SAP Java web development expertise in context of CRM-ISA/IPC: SAP J2EE Engine, JSP, and JCO.
* Solid understanding of ABAP Objects and object oriented programming.
* Good knowledge of BDOCs, IDOC, ALE and EDI
* Experience with SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio and Eclipse.
* Experience with team-oriented development tools like NWDI (Netweaver Development Infrastructure) , Rational Suite etc.
* Strong functional SAP knowledge of modules e.g. SD, WM, MM, FI, CO etc.
* Concept of Org Model, Good Understanding of Pricing, Marketing attributes
* Strong Communication skills (especially verbal) are very important as the candidate will be

* Extensive experience in systems integration and development.
* Ability to understand the "big picture" and to identify and resolve key issues.
* Strong sense of ownership and commitment.
* Experience with Unit, String, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing.
* Experience with Solution Manager, Mercury Load Runner, and Aris highly desired.
* Global travel required.
