My client, is seeking a Systems Administrator for the 80 user environment. It is a mix windows, mac, network with cisco routers and switches and an integrated VoIP system. <br><br>
Experience: • 5+ years experience with systems infrastructure including deploying, maintaining, and upgrading server infrastructure including:<br><br>
o Active Directory<br><br>
o LDAP<br><br>
o Group Policy<br><br>
o Windows Small Business Server<br><br>
o Windows Server 2003 administration, including setting up/maintaining Primary and Secondary Domain Controllers<br><br>
o External RAID storage devices<br><br>
o Enterprise-grade tape backup systems with multichanger<br><br>
o Mac OS X Server (running on XServe)<br><br>
o Server-based imaging and cloning (using Ghost, Sysprep, etc)<br><br>
o Network-grade anti-virus<br><br>
o Externally-hosted Microsoft Exchange-based network email system<br><br>
o SQL Server installation, maintenance, backup administration<br><br>
o IIS and hosted applications<br><br>
• 2+ years experience maintaining network infrastructure including:<br><br>
o Cisco managed routers and switches<br><br>
o Hardware-based VPN<br><br>
o Firewalls<br><br>
o Multiple T1s<br><br>
o Integrated VOIP system<br><br>
o Fundamentals of TCP/IP and DNS<br><br>
o Linked secure wireless access points<br><br>
• 2+ years experience supporting end users including:<br><br>
o Implementation and upgrades of MS workstation OS’s and office suite software<br><br>
o Multiple deployment via cloning<br><br>
o One-on-one support for system problems and end user questions<br><br>
o Implementation and maintenance of help desk support software<br><br>
• General:<br><br>
o Strong end user support skills<br><br>
o Strong communication and teamwork skills<br><br>
o Demonstrated ability to self-manage projects and operate within a project-managed environment in a dynamic, fast paced organization<br><br>
o Limited flexibility required with occasional late hours and weekend work for network infrastructure deployments and events <br><br>
• Helpful (not required):<br><br>
o MCSA/MCSE and/or other certifications<br><br>
o Experience with Mac OS X-based laptops and airport networks<br><br>
o Experience with Filemaker Pro Server and Client<br><br>
o Experience managing vendors<br><br>
o Budgeting experience<br><br>
