Senior Business Analyst needed!! Individual will be part of the Global Business Architecture group, working on a Financial Systems Initiative Project.
The main responsibilities of this role are:
. Start and deliver the following:
.Target State Capability Model - Comprehensive view of what Finance does
.Target State Level 1 Processes, Details, Maps
.Target State Level 2 Processes, Maps, Metrics (e.g., number of spreadsheets, adjustments, non-standard processes, reconciliation)
. Proactively manage timeline, issues, and client to ensure on time delivery of quality deliverables
. Process analysis and documentation of current state processes and issues in a global setting
. Partner with the client to shape target state with goals of simplification, standardization and efficiency
. Multiple data gathering techniques (e.g. one-on-one, large group facilitated sessions)
. Managing multiple efforts at once
. Strong facilitation and presentation skills

Funds, Transfer Pricing, Capital and Liquidity Management
.ExB Management Reporting, Analysis and advisory
Requirements:
.Bachelors Degree with major in Finance, Accounting or technical discipline. (MBA level preferred)
.Senior level business Analyst with at least 5 years experience(VP level preferred)
