Genesis10 is seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst for our growing Global Investment Banking client based out of Midtown NYC. In this role, you will be part of a team that focuses on integration projects which cross multiple lines of business.
Upon joining, you will be involved in the equities business build out which touches on all areas of risk and finance. Act as a single point of contact for the different groups involved, making sure that all the appropriate parties are involved and sign off on requirements. Will also review business requirements and test plans in later stages to make sure all issues are addressed and proactively resolved.
Experience: Required Experience/Skills:
- Presentation and strong communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Strong foundation in project management as well as MS Office skills.
- Prior experience in Capital Markets or Investment Banking.
- Experience in Matrix Management.
- Consensus building and being able to bring multiple parties to a unified decision.
- Documentation (business requirements as well as project plans).
- Experience in facilitating Quality Assurance Process.
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Front to back office trading concepts.
- SQL (ability to write stored procedures).
- SDLC and testing.
