Need a detailed oriented talented hardware/software desktop support analyst. Strong documentation,technical and organizational skills.Provide support to end users on variety of hardware/software/network issues, Windows 2003 admin, adding new users, email, diagnose, repair and setup PC (500+) hardware and printers, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Experience: BA/BS in MIS or computer science preferred, at least 2-3 years desktop support exp in Microsoft Windows, A+ or other cert preferred, exp in MS Windows2003 and XP
