Outstanding Global Consulting Firm seeking Consultants with a high level of Forensics and E-Discovery skills, to perform the following task in New York. Ideal candidates will come from the following environments: Strong Client Facing background with Big 5 Firms, Consulting or Litigation Firms. Duties & Responsibilities: Must have the ability to evaluate the clients' objectives and challenges while implementing strategies to resolve their issues. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following: Take a leadership role in determining scope and developing project plans. Develop high quality deliverables, on schedule with complete customer satisfaction. Identifying and Tagging multiple types of Electronic Data with the ability to organize this information to facilitate effective Dispute Analysis and Litigation Support. Possess the ability to perform a baseline forensic investigation using industry practices and tools. Proficiency in working with large amounts of complex data sets. Analyzing and interpreting transactional data. Performing the day to day activities of projects including interaction with client personnel, team members and other professionals. Effective interaction and communication with both clients and upper management. Consultants will possess the following skill set: Education: Minimum BS MIS, Computer Science or related technology degree. Forensics and E-Discovery Technologies such as:- EnCase, Paraben, AccessData FTK(Forensics Toolkit) , or Helix Attenex/Ringtail internal review/hosting tools, Concordance a plusProfiiciency and understanding of E-Discovery as it ties in to Messaging and Electronic Data. Profciency in the tagging of Electronic Evidence for Litigation Support and Dispute Analysis. Experience in databases, SQL, MS SQL Server, T/SQL a plus Strong Business Intelligence Applications and Technologies experience Forensic certifications such as CCE, EnCE, CFCE, etc a plus Experience working in a fast-paced client facing consulting environment- Big 5, Consulting or Litigation Firms. Must have excellent Interpersonal/Client Facing skills. Ability to assist with preparation of expert reports in support of Dispute Analysis and Litigation is desired. Balance multiple client projects and communicate status effectively to all levels of engagement management.
