Great opportunity with a growing and successful voice and data services company who is looking for someone experienced in all aspects of PC support, computer networks, troubleshooting, remote support, installations and field service. This is an immediate temp to perm opportunity located in Saratoga Springs, NY!Experienced on all versions of MS Windows including Server OS, MS Exchange, anti virus and backup products, LAN/WAN hardware Switches, Routers, vpn's, Firewalls, etc. MCSE and CCNA certifications not required but are a plus. Experience with IP based or traditional PBX voice systems also a plus.Excellent customer service and communications skills are a must along with the ability to work in a dynamic and quick paced service oriented structure.
