AT-Tech is the technical arm of the ACT-1 group, which is the largest privately held staffing company in the United States. We have been in business for over 25 years and have over 30,000 client companies. We work with some of the largest and most exiting companies in New York City. We are often in need of Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 help desk professionals to work for our various clients throughout New York City. Our client companies often look for individuals with a minimum of two years of help desk experience. Qualified candidates must be knowledgeable about various technologies and have strong communication skills. Requested Functions: -Provide application software and/or hardware support to callers.
