Lead Application Developer - Oracle FinancialsMelville, NYAdecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technologies professionals, has an immediate Lead Application Developer position at our Corporate Headquarters located in Melville, NY.Role and Responsibilities: Work with other team members to deliver components assigned in a timely manner Manage development resources on large projects and minor enhancements Assign, manage and report the queue of project components, support tickets to developers. Work with BAs to prioritize the workload of developers Work with Application Architect to develop milestones for the projects to make sure tasks are on track Enforce technical standards, processes and procedures related to Oracle Apps. Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting to developers. Skills Required: BS Degree Extensive technical experience of Oracle Apps Modules AR, AP, GL, FA, ACM. Workflow Administrator, System Administration, AOL etc. 5 years experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports 6i, Oracle Workflow 2.8, Oracle Forms 6i, Oracle RDBMS 10g in large scale Unix & AIX environment 2 year experience in customizing OA Framework applications Good understanding of Unix and experience in developing Shell Scripts Good understanding of Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Apps Integration Repository. Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment are necessary Must be knowledgeable and experienced in relational database concepts, Oracle Apps database architecture as well as Oracle database management and development tools. Must be familiar with the APPS data model and Oracle's coding standards. Ability to clearly communicate with team members on issues, status and design ideas throughout the project.
