DESCRIPTION Looking for a Level 3 support consultant for problem and change management. This consultant will be on pager rotation for providing essential day-to-day and project support of outsource Mainframe network support. This consultant will work as part of nine person team (18 person department) sharing in scope of outsource accounts. Candidates need to be flexible and able to work part time at home/part time at the customer location.
