Sr. Developer/Architect shall participate in development and enhancement activites for Treasury IT. Position also provides level III support to the operations IT teams and applications. Position shall actively develop applications and solutions based on requirements requested Treasury and agreed by IT BP. Position shall report to the Treasury IT BP from a day to day basis and project/release managers as per assignment to development projects. Position shall be respsonsible for technical scope of projects and applications within the Treasury domain. Additionally position is required to be aware of information and data requirements for that both feed Treasury applications and that are provided to downstream applications, databases and reporting frameworks. The person needs to be an experienced developer preferably with an IT related degree or a proven track record of development. He should show an ability to take a project from initial design all the way through to testing and release, with minimal supervision. 1. Core development language (c++/Java/J2EE/c/C#) 2. Sybase/Oracle 3.Unix 4. Perl An understanding of Financial Products (Equities/Bonds/Repos and FX) Experience: Experience in building systems using J2EE application servers or .NET platforms. Knowledge of enterprise middleware technologies such as JMS, CORBA, MQSeries is a prerequisite. At least three years practical experience developing web service / SOA applications using J2EE Experience of architecting/implementing object-oriented solutions utilizing recognized design and architecture patterns.
