Project management and business analysis for post
production enhancements to DAC Derivative Feeds .
Project Management, monitoring and status
reporting (includes development and maintenance
of project plan for deliverables; management of
resources, priorities, issues and risks,
scheduling; stakeholder communication) .
Coordinate and Chair Working Groups . Coordinates
and is responsible for all business analysis
efforts related to enhancements of transaction
data into the DAC, for consumption by both Legacy
and strategic consumers. . Impact analysis:
Coordination with all downstream analysts to
ensure all touchpoints of supply have been
analyzed . Manage and plan system integration
testing and User acceptance testing . Ensure
compliance with CMM . Implementation planning &
management . Facilitate the development of
technology solutions to business issues .
Collaboration with application architect for
informational modeling of the various financial
asset classes, assist in functional modeling and
design . Produce project deliverables . Train &
assist end users with the implementation of new
technology . Take part in decisions affecting
long range organizational goals & strategic
planning. (VP level) The Senior Business Analyst
activities include: validation business rules,
exception processing, reference data
requirements, process flows & control,
coordination with a centralized Shared Services
team for changes to the CIT Information model
(logical and physical) , assist in functional
modeling and design . SIT and UAT planning and
management . Manage the prioritization and
scheduling of your workload. This will involve
negotiation between conflicting demands,
resolving scheduling constraints or
inconsistencies, and smoothing out resource
allocations. . The artifacts you will be
responsible for producing include business
process models, information modeling diagrams,
business requirements and functional
requirements, use cases, and project plans . At
least 3 years of technology project management
experience . Experience with full project life
cycle development, proven track record in
technology delivery . At least 5 years of
Business Systems Analysis and documentation
(includes documentation of end-user requirements,
designing and writing use cases, component design
descriptions and process flow diagrams) .
Experience developing financial applications for
Investment Banking . Extensive business and data
analysis skills . Strong analytical and problem
solving skills . Experience with process analysis
and design . Strong structured methodology
background (i.e. object oriented analysis and
design concepts) . Experience documenting
end-user requirements across multiple lines of
business (as use cases and functional
requirements) . Strong information modeling
background a plus . Excellent presentation,
communications, partnering, and interpersonal
skills . Derivatives product knowledge . College
degree, or specialized training or equivalent
work experience . Highly motivated, disciplined,
self-starter with good interpersonal and
partnering skills . Team player, adaptable to
changing environment . Project management,
including demand
management/prioritization/requirements
gathering/test plans Knowledge of Credit and Risk
Management concepts (optional) Knowledge of
