Trader Voice Operation support including IPC
turrets, Stento intercoms, private lines and
voice recording. Resource must have experience
interfacing with users on a trading floor and
strong knowledge of the products supported

Telephone Skills Intermediate 5-6
T1 Intermediate 5-6
Additional Position Requirements:
IPC Turrets, Alliance and IQMX preferrable, Intercom knowledge
Additional Comments:
Resource has familiarity with MS Access
