Primary Responsibilities
. Lead testing and QA within the organization
. Design, document and execute test procedures
. Investigate, recommend, implement and manage testing tools
. Configure and maintain test environment
. Coordinate with development team to drive product quality
. Participate in product requirements and other documentation reviews to extract test scenarios
. Train and manage teamwork closely with development and operations organizations in the company to promote software quality standards
Experience: Job Requirements . Practical experience running software in an ISP environment or similar multi-component Internet-orientated network environment . Practical experience with development languages (C++, Java) and network protocols . Experience with Squid, SQL and scripting . 5-7 years experience testing software in a structured setting . 3+ years experience as a hands on manager or technical lead . Experience testing distributed technologies, preferably server and browser-based software . Excellent written and oral communications skills . Strong desire to continually improve process . Able to effectively organize and prioritize multiple tasks .
