Business Analyst's provide high quality business and product expertise.<p> The position has two key roles – product responsibility and client management responsibility. <p> Product Responsibility: <p> The risk product provides broad instrument coverage and powerful risk analysis tools. As a BA you will specify new system functionality, provide sales support, perform implementation tasks and support the product. Examples of products included in risk management are Derivatives – Interest Rate/ Credit/ Equity, Structured Products, Fixed Income, Treasury, FX Options. In addition, cross product functionality (i.e. VaR, Credit Risk, Market Risk). <p> Responsibilities of the BA include: <p> • Answer client questions relating to the product <br> • Perform gap analyses and write functional specifications for client enhancement requests <br> • Provide user training and develop training materials <br> • Conduct sales presentations/workshops/evaluations - and refine related materials <br> • Replicate and track client reported bugs <br> • Respond to RFPs and RFIs as part of sales process <br> • Participate in dialogue with product developers to inform and educate on emerging issues in the market place <p> Client Management Responsibility:<p> Business Analysts are assigned one or more client accounts to manage. BAs must monitor all reported issues for each client and ensure each issue is being acted upon by appropriate members of the team. For each account managed, the BA will: <p> • Ensure all client issues are resolved satisfactorily <br> • Maintain client status <br> • Manage system implementations <br> • Understand the client’s short, medium and long range business objectives <p> Experience: • At least BS/BA degree <br> • 5+ years experience with Fixed Income and/or Derivatives markets focused on risk analytics<br> • Strong analytical and problem solving skills<br> • Ability to work independently with minimal training in a fast paced environment geared to individuals who are good multi-taskers. <br> • Experience completing business analysis and writing specifications for new functionality a plus<br> • Experience with project management/system implementations a plus<br> • Ideal candidates will have superior troubleshooting skills, excellent communication and presentation skills<p> <b>Please send resume to </b><p> To Apply to this job go to http://www.GadBall.com or click here
