The IS Project Manager will provide technical and/or project leadership for mid-sized projects. The IS Project Manager will focus on providing enhanced communications between IS and the clients. The IS Project Manager will actively represent and coordinate the service delivery capabilities of the IS organization and the clients. As an IS Project Manager the individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project from establishing timelines, meeting deliverables and managing the project budget. The project must maintain a high level of quality through communications, customer service and organizational practices. The incumbent will provide processing that delivers the right information the first time, meets objectives on-time, and eliminates down time. Ensure that all users are provided high quality services and products that are consistent with GMP and corporate standards. Provide prompt, courteous services to our business clients, ensuring the customer is always satisfied. Add value by integrating and applying information technology to drive fundamental and significant improvements to business practices and processes. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: *BS/BA or MS/MA with 10 + years of experience or equivalent experience. *Working knowledge of Enterprise applications (i.e. SAP, MRP, Financial and BW modules), ISOTrain, GxPharma, Trackwise and LACES is a plus. However not required. *Advanced understanding of both hardware and software; experience using project management tools; experience using a SDLC approach; previous experience leading teams implementing packaged software; experience working in a regulated environment preferred; effective oral, written and interpersonal skills; demonstrated organizational, planning and administrative abilities; vendor management experience preferred; must be available 24 x 7.
