This would be long term consulting. The work environment is fast-paced, challenging, and somewhat demanding. They utilize the latest technology to complete the work and have fun doing it. Work closely with the Software Development teams to design comprehensive test strategies and when applicable test tools, to further automate and enhance the effectiveness of the testing/quality assurance process. Experience: Must Have: For Test Manager: 3+ years of experience managing people and the test process in a Software Development(Business application)Web, Microsoft environment. For Test Lead and Software Tester: Solid communication skills, written & verbal. Experience with automated test tools for stress/load testing Knowledge of database applications (MS SQL Server, Oracle, MS Access) Knowledge of Windows operating systems and IIS Basic programming skills.
