Pre and post sales support for all types of broadband circuits ranging from DSL, T-1, OC3+, and ethernet applications. Able to configure and trouble shoot IP issues. LAN/WAN pre and post sales support for different types of applications ranging from single location to multi-site environments. Ability to configure LAN/WAN and internet applications. Familiar with Sonic, Cisco and Netventa a must.<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: VIOP: From LAN to LAN, Multi site, SIPP, to hosted PBX (IP Centex) Knowledge of Broadsoft and PBX applications a plus. Familiar with the different carriers in the industry and the types of solutions they provide. Such as: Verizon, Level 3, RCN (Con Ed), NTT, Qwest, Global Crossings Switch & Data, Navisite, etc. Visio and Excel a must. Team player a must. Must be a "BIG PICTURE" type of person.
