Business Analyst - Marketing in Rye NY in Rye, NY

Description IT Business Analyst to manage the development and maintenance of Marketing Applications Candidate will be required to follow a disciplined system development life cycle for application development by creating all of the necessary documentation for a project including Project Charters, Business Requirements, use cases and all change control documentation. The candidate will be required to execute QA test scripts for new systems and system enhancements as well as communicate with the user community to obtain sign off of changes. Candidate will also need to take on some project management tasks such as the development and updates of project schedules, management of open issues, coordination of cross functional meetings and provide well written updates to management. The candidate will be required to have excellent communication and negotiation skills in order to work in Companys Matrix environment. This includes running meetings within the IT organization and with the business organization in order to resolve issues and drive the project schedule. Requirements - Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems. - 5 - 8 Years Functional experience in Marketing Systems - Experience in delivering quality customer service with business focused information technology teams. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Knowledge of Marketing systems is essential. - Must possess a customer focus and strong interpersonal skills. - Candidate must display a sense of urgency when dealing with customers. - Candidate must display strong team working and problem solving skills in a fast moving environment. - Demonstrated ability to be flexible and to adapt quickly to change.
