Our client has an immediate need for a Help Desk Analyst for a three month contract position. As a Help Desk Analyst, your responsibilities would include: &#149; Logging all calls into the Call Management System &#149; Determining severity level of calls &#149; Performing basic triage of a problem with the customer and taking the problem to resolution &#149; Communicating with the Help Desk team on any severe calls that affect multiple customers &#149; Transferring problems to a Level 2 Analyst or second level team when problem cannot be resolved on the first contact with the customer &#149; Owning each call until it is closed or accepted by a Level 2 analyst or a client workgroup &#149; Covering the after hours cell phone for after hours technical coverage on a rotating basis &#149; Other duties as necessary To express your interest for more information and immediate consideration, contact Robert Half Technology at today!<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States.
