POSITION OVERVIEW/MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: This is a highly visible and well recognized project leader position in the Web Development team. New hire will be responsible for project leadership, technical analysis, architecture, and hands-on development of Mutual Funds Retail Web Applications. The candidate will be involved in each stage of the project lifecycle of web applications, back end interfaces and framework components. The candidate will be involved in technical design, architecture, technology research and upgrades. The successful candidate will be leading a small team (3) of developers with primary responsibility for technical design and development efforts in a highly dynamic and demanding environment. MANDATORY TECHNICAL SKILLS & WORK EXPERIENCE: * Minimum six years experience in distributed and web-based systems. * Minimum three years of comprehensive web development experience using .Net framework (1.1/2.0). * Minimum 1-2 years experience in leading development of the large applications. * Expert understanding of Object Oriented analysis and design. * Expert understanding of application design and development for the Microsoft platform: C#, ASP.Net, SQL Server 2000/2005, XML, XSLT, Java Script and DHTML.
