Mission: Along with other members of the Group Finance team: - To ensure the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting to the US parent company - To continually seek opportunities to improve the financial reporting system and accounting process - To communicate changes, updates and requirements across the Group, including but not limited to information regarding US GAAP, Group reporting guidelines, planning timetable - To manage subsidiary compliance with Group accounting policies and procedures - To liaise between departments and regional finance teams regarding group reporting matters. Report / Supervisor: „« The Financial Analyst will report directly to the Group Finance Director „« The Financial Analyst will work directly with worldwide regional Finance personnel. Responsibilities: The primary responsibility for this role is to maintain the Hyperion and Citrix reporting system. This includes: - supporting, developing and maintaining the Hyperion Enterprise modules (accounts, entities, organizations, logic, security, reports, and books) - report writing - maintaining system process checklists - performing data uploads and reconciliations to source systems - implementing control procedures, along with the ability to identify and resolve production issues - participating in process improvement projects - provide support and training for end users at regional reporting units In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also assist with the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting process as well as ad-hoc reporting requests.
