Technical Service Coordinator in Buffalo, NY

Our client has an immediate need for a Technical Service Coordinator for a three month contract position. As a Technical Service Coordinator, your responsibilities would include the following: &#149; Managing information on installed base of PC hardware and software assets for all locations, utilizing the Asset Management System (AMS) &#149; Reviewing and analyzing data used in the databases to refine application designs, eliminate errors and ensure requirements are met &#149; Defining and documenting processes and procedures for Asset Management of all offices/locations. &#149; Processing and analyzing data and the design/development of reports for management staff &#149; Assisting management and making recommendations on reducing asset shrinkage, increasing ability to redeploy assets, and ensuring hardware/software compliancy adheres to corporate standards &#149; Developing/implementing resolutions To express your interest for more information and immediate consideration, contact Robert Half Technology at today!<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States.
