CMS Implementation Analyst/Technical Trainer, InDesign

Our client, a dynamic downtown-based web publishing company, has an immediate need for a CMS Implementation Analyst /Trainer on a long-term consulting basis. The CMS Implementation Analyst/Technical Trainer will be a key member an enterprise-wide project that is implementing a customized publishing tool, based on InDesign, that will be a vital piece to their web publishing team. The Analyst/Trainer will perform requirements analysis on printing and publishing business workflows to design and deliver a learner-centric training program to user company-wide. <br>
In addition, this unique CMS Implementation Analyst - Trainer will be an integral member of the systems implementation team. This group is heavily involved in usability testing, transition management and production-stage troubleshooting.

Experience: .The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:<br>
-Experience as a Technical Trainer is required. Background Training InDesign is required. Experience training QuarkXpress is a plus. <br>
-Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting prepress and workflow problems is a plus.<br>
-Knowledge of the systems development life-cycle is a huge plus.<br>
-Working exposure to implementing publishing or content management systems is a plus but not required.<br>
-Excellent communication skills are required.<br>
-Proven experience interfacing with high-level executive<br>
