Principal Duties and Essential Job Functions :
* Responsible for deliverables, costs, schedule & quality of products delivered.
* Accountable for Service Restoration, escalation and reporting.
* Works with client to establish priorities & severity levels
* Responsible for forecasting maintenance projects & determining new roles/skills required.
* Accountable for Service Delivery of all work for which team is responsible
* Monitors work queues & makes work assignments to team members, ensuring a balanced work load
* Ensures up-front gathering of relevant information
* Maintains pertinent records of incoming tasks & completed tasks
* Ensures work is assigned in a timely manner, tracked & documented
* Works with team to establish performance goals & metrics
* Monitors & reports on team performance metrics
* Responsible for team's employee adminstrative needs: Performance appraisal, equipment, training needs, hiring, performance awards and issues.
Basic Qualifications:
1. 12+ yrs, Information Technology experience
2. 5+ yrs, IT Management Energy Sector application support.
3. 7+ yrs, Customer Service
4. 5+ yrs, Team Leadership
5. 2+ yrs, Project Management and Project Leadership
Manages all aspects of large sized projects with high complexity at one or more sites. Performs project planning, tracking, and oversight to ensure project(s) are completed on schedule and within budgetTravel Comments :
