Experience: Taking projects from creative (artwork creation) to completion (live on web portal and print production) with the customer, through daily interaction, dialogue and direct consultation with various internal functions (prepress, template load, development, production plant).
Core Skills:
Understand and interpret customer needs, translating them into actions
Knowledge of digital printing, web-to-print, print-on-demand
Understanding programming logic (if/then, etc) to evaluate options
Prepress experience
Knowledge of eCommerce applications
Knowledge of PDFC-Pro or similar applications (Pageflex/MPower, GMC, XMPie, 3B2, PrintShop Mail, Acrobat Express, etc)
Experience in B2B markets
Base Skills:
Excellent customer facing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail Oriented and Highly organized
Ability to multi-task
Multi-manage, and micro-manage depending on resources engaged and their corresponding skillset
Microsoft Office Tools; Word, Excel, Powerpoint
