. The consultant is responsible for providing and coordinating overall team management responsibilities including,; leading an individual application team comprised of business and technical resources from client and external contractors.
. Coordinating their individual application team efforts with other application teams
. Participating in the selection and management of numerous technical and business analyst consultants.
. Managing the execution of their team project plan for the multiple phases and intricate dependencies
. Ensuring consistent and frequent communication to SBU's, Core Operations and BITS organizations
. Working with the administrative staff relative to project documentation & reporting and managing the team budget and expenses etc.
. The consultant must communicate frequently and effectively with the Project Director, Project Architect, the executive sponsors, the SBU's and the Core organizations.
Experience: . The position requires the ability to recognize, understand and incorporate plans to accommodate other client Crossroads or IT projects that may be impacted by or will impact this project.
. Leadership experience, preferably in a similar project, and expertise in one of the core functional areas (claims, products/plans, services, membership, actuarial)
