Manage projects and mentor junior developers
Experience: Strong (5+ years) experience in Java application development. GUI experience should be in java/swing Should be proficient in analyzing/understanding database querying and data modeling Experienced in derivatives is needed Candidates must be willing to learn SecDb as a portion of their job (10-20% may be coding in the proprietary language). Should be able to manage projects and work independently Strong analytical skills Strong communications skills
