The ideal candidate will be well-versed in both the Microsoft .NET and J2EE technologies. He or she should have strong hands on approximately 4-6 years experience in each of these. Solid hands on experience in Microsoft SQL Server, C#, Stored Procedures and Triggers, Web Logic and XML are essential. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be interacting with senior management, the development team, business analysts and end users.
