A New York City agency is searching for a PC Specialist to perform the following functions:
Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve PC operations, peripheral devices and connectivity to LAN/WAN.
Perform optimization of PC operating systems, apply OS patches, troubleshoot communication of devices.
Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP
Experience: Candidates must have at least four years of PC Tech experience. In depth knowledge of Windows XP, Office XP, Windows 2000, Windows 98, Windows NT4, Exchange and Outlook 2003/XP Excellent interpersonal skills to heavily interact with clients Proficient in English
